karikya Terms and Conditions
This page sets out in detail all the terms relating to account registration, use of the service, betting, payments and bonuses at karikya. It is necessary to read these terms carefully before using the service.

01 General Provisions
These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the karikya platform and its users. By accessing the karikyalogin.cam website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have given your full consent to the contents of these terms.
These terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. If there is any ambiguity in a translation or interpretation, the original Bengali text shall be considered final. Unless any part of this document is separately waived by karikya, all provisions of these terms apply equally.

02 Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account at karikya and take part in any casino or betting activity, a user must be at least 21 years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. karikya may request necessary documents for age verification at any time and reserves the right to restrict an account until verification is complete.
2.2 One Account Only
Only one account is permitted per person, household, or device. If the same person operates more than one account, karikya has the authority to close all such accounts and forfeit any deposited funds.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
It is the user's responsibility to ensure that their name, mobile number, date of birth and other details provided at registration are accurate and up to date. If an account is registered with false or incomplete information, it may be cancelled at any time.
03 Account Management
3.1 Login and Security
A user's username and password are entirely personal and confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party. Allowing someone else to use your account, or using another person's account, are both considered violations of these terms. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you should notify karikya support immediately.
3.2 Account Verification (KYC)
An identity verification process is followed on the karikya platform to ensure security. A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested before making a withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount. If the verification process is not completed, withdrawals may be temporarily put on hold.
3.3 Account Balance
Funds in an account are for use on the karikya platform only. This is not a bank deposit or investment and no interest or profit is added to it.
04 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount at karikya is ৳200. Currently accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other major local banks). Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted; the payment method must be registered in the user's own name.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The withdrawal method should match the method used for the deposit. If the verification process is incomplete, withdrawal processing may be delayed.
4.3 Transaction Responsibility
It is entirely the user's responsibility to fill in payment details correctly. karikya will not be held liable for any failed transaction or delay in fund transfer caused by an incorrect account number or wrong method selection.
- The deposit account must be registered in the user's own name.
- Multiple withdrawal requests may be submitted within a given period, but each will be processed separately.
- karikya reserves the right to carry out additional verification for unusual or suspicious transactions.
05 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New account holders at karikya may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000 — and before withdrawing this bonus, a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be completed.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after wagering the bonus amount 10 times. The wagering requirement must be met within the set time period before the bonus expires.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
If bonus benefits are misused, bonuses are claimed through multiple accounts, or any attempt is made to circumvent bonus terms by any means, the bonus will be cancelled and the associated account may be permanently closed.
06 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Validity of a Bet
A bet will only be considered final and valid once the system has successfully confirmed it and the relevant amount has been deducted from the user's account. If any bet remains unclear due to a technical issue, karikya will verify it and make a decision.
6.2 Determining Results
For sports betting, results will be determined based on the official results of the relevant sporting body (such as BPL, IPL, ICC). For casino games, the result produced by the game engine is final. If a technical error in a game's display affects the outcome, that round may be declared void.
6.3 Maximum Win Limits
A maximum limit may apply to winnings from a single bet or within a specific period. karikya reserves the right to revise this limit at any time, and any changes will be communicated on the platform.
6.4 Casino Games
Games from multiple well-known providers are available at karikya, including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution and JILI. Each game has its own paytable and rules, which are displayed within the game. RTP and other game-related information are determined by the game provider.
07 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the karikya platform:
- Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to intrude into the system using software bots, automated tools or hacking methods.
- Colluding with other players with the intent to manipulate game results.
- Operating more than one account from the same person or household.
- Introducing viruses or harmful code into the platform's systems.
- Attempting to access another user's account or steal their information.
- Taking coordinated action with the intent to artificially influence betting markets.
If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, karikya will immediately close the relevant account, forfeit deposited funds and take legal action if necessary.
08 Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service Continuity
karikya endeavours to provide uninterrupted service at all times, but temporary disruptions may occur due to server maintenance, internet issues or other technical reasons. karikya accepts limited liability for any financial loss suffered by a user as a result of such disruptions.
8.2 Third-Party Services
karikya is not directly liable for failures of game engines, payment gateways or other third-party services used on the platform. However, karikya will make every reasonable effort to resolve such issues.
8.3 User Decisions
All decisions relating to betting and gaming are made by the user themselves. karikya never advises on any particular bet or game to play. There is always a possibility of financial loss in betting, and it is the user's responsibility to be aware of this.
09 Account Suspension and Closure
9.1 Closure by karikya
karikya may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, unusual activity, or failure to cooperate with the verification process. In such cases, the decision on whether to return any legitimately earned balance will be made after review.
9.2 Closure by the User
A user may also request account closure at any time. In this case, any valid balance remaining in the account will be returned in accordance with the applicable withdrawal rules, but any bonus for which the wagering requirement has not been met will be cancelled.
9.3 Self-Exclusion

10 Dispute Resolution
10.1 Submitting a Complaint
If you have a complaint regarding any transaction, the result of a bet, or the quality of service, please contact karikya's 24/7 live chat or email support in Bengali or English. Including the transaction ID, date and a detailed description when submitting a complaint will help resolve the matter more quickly.
10.2 Review Process
karikya reviews every complaint seriously and endeavours to provide a resolution within a reasonable time. Where necessary, a final decision is reached after verifying game logs, transaction records and other evidence.
10.3 Final Decision

11 Responsible Gaming Policy
karikya believes that betting and gaming should be for entertainment purposes only and should not cause financial or mental harm to any individual. Participation by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited on this platform.
Users are provided with the option to set deposit limits, take a temporary break, or self-exclude. If anyone feels that betting is having a negative impact on their life, they should seek help promptly.
